What a nice weekend we had. Saturday my

What a nice weekend we had. Saturday my husband and I went shopping for plants for our vegetable garden and for the garden in front of our house and we planted everything. Had friends over for dinner. I made European sea bass which I stuffed with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, coarse seal salt and finely chopped thyme, rosemary, parsley and garlic. Roasted them in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes. Served with just a wonderful fresh green salad with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. For dessert we had local strawberries with whipped creme fraiche.

On Sunday I went for a ride with my darling Henry and then antiquing with my oldest daughter Laura. We bought a beautiful chest of drawers for her baby..as a change table and to put all the bay`s clothes in.

Later my youngest daughter came with her 9 week old French bulldog puppy Charles and we had a great evening with grilling burgers, veggie and meat burgers.

My youngest daughter slept over and we are going to my restaurant for breakfast or lunch. So I feel as if today is a holiday….
